THE HUMANNESS PROJECT

I want to learn from the city and people of Chicago, and as I listen closely to the voice of another and photograph the physicality of their humanness I hope to become more aware of the ways we our similar and that our needs aren’t so different — how our humanness unites us.

“I’m not afraid to make mistakes, and I’m okay with that. You get to a certain point in life where you’re okay with it. When I was a little bit younger I used to be really hung up about it, everything had to be perfect, I didn’t want to apologize for stuff I did, and as you start getting older, you realize that everyone makes mistakes, I’m cool with that and I enjoy life.”
